1. The Leader's Guide is available as part of a two day training
program leading to Certification as an Ethical Wills Workshop
Facilitator. The Guide contains the following materials:
- Trainer’s notes on how to conduct a workshop
- Power Point presentation with detailed notes for each slide
- Complete participant handouts including
- Pre and post-workshop self-assessment forms for determining
stage of
readiness
to write an ethical will
- Four authentic modern ethical wills
- The "Ethical Will Pacer" (EW-PACR) model to guide participants
toward
the
most appropriate resources to help them write an ethical will
- Two copies of Ethical Wills: Putting Your Values on Paper,
2nd Edition, for
use
as a workshop text
- One copy each of the Ethical
Will Resource Kit and the Ethical
Will Writing Guide Workbook
- Participant and Leader workshop evaluation forms
- Recommended reading and resource list
- An informational brochure for promoting the seminar
- A CD-ROM containing Master copies of all of the material and an
audio
presentation of a single session ethical wills workshop
